Hours are flexible, but this is a full-time job. Our client’s focus is on supporting local business owners to become even more successful by increasing their profits, building stronger teams and developing their business so it can ultimately work without them. Clients participate in a range of group and individual coaching programmes, business planning days and team/individual development programmes.

About the role:

If you’re the Business Development Manager we’re looking for, you will join the world’s number 1 business coaching company’s Glasgow-based operation. Together, we will work with business owners/directors to grow and improve their businesses – which in turn will improve the lives of the owners/directors, their families and their employees.

You will be responsible for:

  • Employ various marketing strategies – including the telephone, LinkedIn, networking, email, and strategic alliances – to book qualified leads into meetings and workshops/events.
  • Track all activity and performance utilising the company’s test and measure systems and KPI dashboards.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed your target of 1 new lead generated per day.

  • Home based, however local travel will be required
